MLS Data Licensing

To be considered as a third-party vendor with SNMMLS, a company must have at least one active subscriber ready to sign up for their services.

If you’re a vendor, register directly on MLS Grid. Sign up at https://app.mlsgrid.com/interest

If you are working with a third-party vendor, they will need to initiate the data license within MLS Grid. If you have a tech contact within your brokerage, have them register directly on MLS Grid to create the data license for you.

Payments for the API are billed monthly through MLS Grid.

The Vendor or Member ensures billing is configured via the "Add Or Update Payment Info" guide.
