MLS Data Licensing
Our MLS provides MLS Grid as our data delivery platform. This platform provides IDX, VOW, PT, and Back Office feeds. Please note that SNM MLS uses MLS Grid as an administrative tool, so all types of users will still need to sign up with MLS Grid to begin the process.
Users must visit mlsgrid.com/resources for technical guides on establishing Web API access.

For Vendors
To be considered as a third-party vendor with SNM MLS, a company must have at least one active subscriber ready to sign up for their services. If you’re a vendor, register directly on MLS Grid. Sign up at https://app.mlsgrid.com/interest
For Participants
If you are working with a third-party vendor, they will need to initiate the data license within MLS Grid. If you have a tech contact within your brokerage, have them register directly on MLS Grid to create the data license for you. Sign up at https://app.mlsgrid.com/interest
Payments
The Vendor or Member ensures billing is configured via the “Add Or Update Payment Info” guide.
